Abbie Graham (May 28, 1889 – February 1972) was a successful non-fiction author in the United States.〔biblio.com〕 This was a significant time, with many changes occurring in the rights of Women in the United States.〔New York Times articles April 27, 1930〕 Eleven of her books were published from 1923 through 1942 by the Woman's Press, New York.〔Albris.com〕 Her works covered many subjects, including spirituality, race relations, Girl's Camp activities, travel, Women's suffrage (documentary and biographical) and she wrote the biography of Grace Hoadley Dodge, an important part of the women's suffrage movement. Many of her books are currently available for sale online and many are held by various libraries.
